SUMMARY:13th Annual Penguin Plunge
DESCRIPTION:Support The Humane Society of Pagosa Springs by raising money and plunging into the freezing cold San Juan River. If you’d rather just watch\, you can donate to a plunger and enjoy the view from the San Juan Riverwalk. These brave souls don’t just jump in and get out\, they have to REALLY plunge into the river! Watch the plungers as they preen and freeze when they float down the river and over Davey’s Wave.  \n\n\n\nTo plunge on behalf of the animals\, contact us at 970-264-5549! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nViewing can be done from the Riverwalk across from the Visitor Center or the San Juan Overlook. Viewing from the parking lot of the Visitor Center is restricted to plungers\, support and emergency crews. Don’t miss the fun! \n\n\n\nSponsored by the Chamber
